a preview snapshot of the soon upcoming winGRASS 7.8.1 is available in
OSGeo4W for testing. 

standalone or OSGeo4W winGRASS 7.8.0 isn't available because of building
issues. 

These issues are solved now and standalone and OSGeo4W versions will be
available again in the upcoming 7.8.1
