[GRASS-user] Download release sources?

Thanks Vero for taking this up. Perhaps, as in the last comment to your 
PR in github 
(https://github.com/OSGeo/grass-website/pull/220#issuecomment-675194440) 
you can avoid removing the git link by just modifying the first line. I 
see that this is a better solution that the one I proposed.
