[GRASS-user] v.clean with tool break not splitting lines

Hello,

I am trying to split lines at intersections with the following command:
v.clean input=grass_example at PERMANENT output=grass_example_splited type=point,line,area tool=break thres=0

There is one case where the split does not happens, anyone knows why?
