Dear Maria Cecilia,

A common procedure would be to open a pull request on GitHub for that repo,
but a much better solution would be to have that in the grass-addons repo
where all of us can help maintain it. In any case, a PR is needed which is
a strange thing when you do it the first time around:

https://github.com/OSGeo/grass-addons/blob/grass8/CONTRIBUTING.md

...but it gets better and people here or on GitHub can help.

Maybe you can contact some of the authors (of the paper or of the code) and
see if you or them can submit that to the grass-addons repo.

There might be further considerations on why this should or should not be
in the grass-addons repo, but putting it there is a good default unless
someone comes up with other suggestions.

Best,
Vaclav
