[GRASS-user] r.in.gdal: geoTIFF file no data?

I have a 242M geotiff file, 45122f8.tif, which r.in.gdal imported as three
files: NRS_baseline_dem.1, NRS_baseline_dem.2 and NRS_baseline_dem.3. Each
has the same display (geotiff.png attached).

r.info shows the same data for each of the three created files, but no
categories, but with 688235940 cells (each 1.5' resolution ). That output
file is also attached.

What might I have done incorrectly that the results do not cover the entire
1:24000 quadrangle map?
