[GRASS-user] Measuring Radio Coverage

Hey Folks,

I was wondering if anyone knew of any modules/methods for measuring
coverage of radio networks? The only one that I know of is a set of modules
developed by the Slovenian Department of Communication Systems called
GRASS-RaPlaT
(Radio Planning Tool for GRASS GIS system)
<https://e6.ijs.si/RaPlaT/GRASS-RaPlaT_main_page.htm> it appears to have
been updated quite a few times over the years, but they haven't submitted
it grass-addons repo as of yet.
