Let me first describe my plateform.

I have a 33Mhz 80486 PC running AT&T UNIX SVR4.0. I also have X11R4,
Xt, and OPENLOOK available to me. I decided to go for grass4.0, thinking
that it will be easier for me to get more support for grass4.0 than for
grass4.1 . I would appreciate the major differences between these two versions.
Another handicap, which i have is that somehow moon sites are not
accessilble for ftp from my network, i really can.t figure out why?
My site does not have a name server as of now, and require Internet address
for ftp/telnet. i also donot have a postscript printer. The grass4.0 files
were downloaded via ftpmail over a period of one month. Most of the 
documentation i saw was in the postscript format, hence incomprehensible
for me.

i have compiled the code, without much of problem. Infact, i had to modify
at 5 places. I feel, the example databases and tutorials are not part of
11 MB, i downloaded from moon.cecer.army.mil .

I am looking for suggestions etc. on what should i do now?
