Re: Converting Microstation DGN to GRASS:

I was the one who asked this question last time around. I received two replies
and only had to try one of them in order to get it to work: Microstation
has an 'export dxf' command which will export a DGN file as a DXF file which
can be read into GRASS using  'v.in.dxf'. In my transfer, a few lines went
a bit skew-wiff - I haven't had a chance to fix that yet - but in general,
it worked fine (I think).

Hope this is useful and thanks to those who pointed it out to me.
