I would recommend putting MSys' bin directory first, e.g.:
        set PATH=C:\msys\1.0\bin;%PATH%;C:\Perl\bin
The reason is that Windows has some programs with the same name as
common Unix programs (e.g. "find"), and scripts will want to use the
Unix versions.
