i am using r.surf.contour module and it takes long to respond. i have a large map.<br>But when i do v.to.rast goes fine after v.digit. <br>but r.surf.contour generates <br>G_malloc() errors when run after a long time.<br>I wan to create a digital elevation model.<br>
i created the vector from digitising with raster backdrop and<br>corrected vectors with v.build. The digitised vector from v.digit was also good when displayed.<br>so i run v.to.rast module and the vector map got rasterised properly.<br>
<br><br>now i want to run r.surf.contour and create an elevation map. when run modulw with proper parameters (input=rasterised map) it runs ok. After a long time it exists with some errors as:<br><br>G_malloc() and some other errors and warnings. i have a plenty of memory as 512MB ram and good AMD processor.<br>
