<div><font color="#000000" face="Verdana, Arial, Bitstream Vera Sans, Helvetica, sans-serif">If I am right you should install this (</font><a href="http://sourceforge.net/projects/keithmarshall.u/files/mingw-get/mingw-get-setup.exe/download" target="_blank">http://sourceforge.net/projects/keithmarshall.u/files/mingw-get/mingw-get-setup.exe/download</a>) - or try to select msys package manually from OSGeo4W installer from here (<a href="http://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo4w/">http://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo4w/</a>)</div>
