http://grass.cis.sinica.edu.tw/download.html doesn't remind the user
that just downloading 5.1 source is not enough.  One also needs 5.0
source.

Also saying "Send your GRASS related email" would be better changed to
"comments about this page"...

At the bottom of the page there's no link back to the main grass page.

On http://grass.cis.sinica.edu.tw/grassdevel.html we see to get any
idea of what the GRASS 5 Programmer's Manual is about, we must
download the giant PDF file, or use the complicated [to us beginners]
CVS system to get complicated [to us beginners] latex sources.  Linux
has a  latex2html  command.  Why can't you make html versions, one for
download all in one file, one for online browsing.  At least give us
an idea of what kind of user the manual is for.
