[GRASSweb-list]Missing tcltk Binaries

I noticed that the link to the tcltk binary files on the
http://grass.itc.it/tcltkgrass/index.html page no longer point to a
valid directory or file.  Was there a reason this file is no longer
available?  I would like to use the tcltk interface with GRASS 5, but I
need these files first.  If you could point me to where I may download
the file I would be grateful.
