This directory contains the Linux (x86/Intel) binary code for
GRASS 5.1 EXPERIMENTAL in gzipped tar format.  

This binary package is compiled weekly from CVS.

<b>Note that this binary version may be slightly older than
   the latest code in CVS</b>. We recommend to compile from CVS.

Installation:

1. get the file 
     grass51-DD_MM_YYYY-arch-bin.tar.gz 

2. get the installation script
     grass51-DD_MM_YYYY-arch-install.sh

Note: this code is highly experimental and may be malfunctioning.<br>
For installation, run the install script with --help option:

     grass51-DD_MM_YYYY-arch-install.sh --help
