If your e-mail is maurosw at jumpy.it, you have to send a message 
"subscribe GRASSLIST maurosw at jumpy.it" to listproc at baylor.edu
Once you've done, you should receive a confirmation. Then, you
could post to grasslist at baylor.edu

I'm not able to make a diff to the web page right now,
but maybe we should change "[your name]" by "[your e-mail]" in
http://grass.itc.it/support.html#int_list
to clarify the page.
