On grass.mirrors.html perhaps the ftp links, e.g. ftp://wgrass.media.osaka-cu.ac.jp/pub/grass/ should add index.html: ftp://wgrass.media.osaka-cu.ac.jp/pub/grass/index.html So users can get to the index right away. Or maybe it's on purpose. Also mention "when does one want to use FTP vs. HTTP?"
