Searching grass.itc.it only brings a linkt to
http://grass.itc.it/demo.html

And this only has "demo" versions, which are nice, 
but not an acceptable way to get GRASS on CD-ROM like the FreeGIS CD is.

AFAIK all are based on Knoppix and don't come with source code,
but with the necessary written offer. 
Furthermore it is not recommendable to install Knoppix on your harddisc
as a permanent system. The resulting Debian GNU/Linux is a mixure
of several version of Debian and harder to maintain.
