A few hours ago i wrote:

... I was looking for the stable grass 5.4 binary for linux on your webpage 
but there was no link ...

The reason is: on your webpage the 5.4 binary for linux is linked with
"http://grass.itc.it/grass53/binary/linux/"
and not as it should with
"http://grass.itc.it/grass54/binary/linux/"

Perhaps you should change this soon ;-)
