[GRASSweb-list]Link Broken?

Followed this page's instructions.  Cygwin downloaded/installed fine.

However-This link:           http://geni.ath.cx/grass.html  (apparently it's
own page) will not load/open when selecting download sites; therefore none
of the Grass components got installed!  Spent two hours on the download,
expecting GRASS to be there at the end.  No such luck.  Did I waste my two
hours?

What next, please advise.
