Thanks!  Could you please describe what organization/company/person  
is providing this access, just for the information line on our  
mirrors list page, and confirm your setup as either Tier 1 or 2 in  
the following scheme?

Cascaded mirroring:<br>
<i>Tier-1 mirrors: These mirrors read daily from the master site and  
also act as rsync servers.
<br>Tier-2 mirrors: These mirrors read from the tier-1 mirrors (these  
sites may be 1-2
