[GRASS-web] Failure on GRASS and Cygwin setup

Dear GRASS software people:
 
This is Mijail Arias, from Delft, The Netherlands.  I have several times to install CYGWIN software using the instructions contained on: http://grass.itc.it/grass62/binary/mswindows/.  However, so far, it has been unsuccessful due to unavailability of that webpage to load the necessary files.  Do you have another way to do it?.
 
I would apreciate your soon answer.
