[GRASS-web] List management of grass-web

Dear subscribers,

I have right now disabled the old contact address which was
forwarded to this list and enabled the list address directly.

Since we have greylisting on the OSGeo server, I expect
a significant decrease of spams.

The mail flow is now

User -> grass-web at lists osgeo.org -> greylisting -> Mailman

If this doesn't work, I'll request an email alias which first
goes to a spam filter, then to Mailman.
