[GRASS-web] GRASS download site broken?

Unfortunately there's major networking problem at the organization  
that hosts much of the OSGEO infrastructure, since yesterday. The  
relevant people are working on it, but from what I've read, the  
initial estimate of "at least several hours" has not improved.

If I hear of a workaround, I'll pass it on. If you let me know what  
specific file/link/version you wanted to download, I/someone MAY be  
able to provide an alternate interim link.
