[GRASS-web] Non updation of Tier I Grass Mirror site in India

Greetings from Indian Institute of Science.


We are facing a technical hitch at our GRASS mirror site in these days. 
Every time our server log reports 'connection failed/refused'. Please let 
us know action to be taken up by us to keep the GRASS more dynamic.
