[GRASS-web] site fidelity - random walk with boundaries

hi,


i m working on my master thesis about juvenile lemon shark in bimini,  
bah ams. i go t gps tracking points from 10 sharks. now i like to make  
a site fidelity test. in ArcViwe 3.2 with animal movement extension  
that would be a monte carlo random walk walk with a Mean Square  
Distance (MSD) of the center of activity and a Linearity Index (LI).  
the random walk is bounded by a graphic to the shape of Bimini  
(similar to a lagoon)

now i wonder if this or something similar is possible with Grass.
