[GRASS-web] Addon manual pages not linked

Hi,

the new manual pages for addons are not linked anywhere. I'm not sure where
to link them, so far I've found following related pages:

http://grass.osgeo.org/documentation/manuals/
http://grass.osgeo.org/grass7/manuals/addons/
http://grass.osgeo.org/grass70/manuals/addons/
http://grass.osgeo.org/grass70/manuals/

We need some refactoring here...

To the question is also what to link. Directory
http://grass.osgeo.org/grass70/manuals/addons/ is ok, I would say.
Hopefully, some index will be added (and thus will partially replace
http://grasswiki.osgeo.org/wiki/AddOns/GRASS_7).
