[GRASS-web] Slovakia - mirror

Hi Pavol,

that's great. Can you perhaps configure it in the way that also
http://grass.sk/ gives a main page (and not only www version)? I have also
noticed that the mirror message at the bottom of the main page contains
undefined instead of Slovakia. I don't know if that's easy to configure but
if you can do it, the mirror site would be even better.
