[GRASS-web] About Grass SVN

Rashaad,

Tortoise is a SVN client software. It is one of several clients which can
be used to interact with a SVN server.
The GRASS GIS project is providing a SVN server for the GRASS software
itself.
Personally I use SVN via command line (subversion package on my Linux
distro).
