[GRASS-web] Error bug d.rast

Hi Markus,
I thought this email didn't arrive to the mailing list. As I've written on
the users list, yes, it was a memory problem due to the region settings. I
spot it thanks to the tcltk output messages which are more verbose then the
wxpython gui.
