[GRASS-web] Generic 64bit weekly binary snapshot and RHEL

Hi,

while trying to figure out what is the recommended way of installing GRASS
on RHEL I've noticed that the "generic snapshot" page [1] contains old log
`grass-7.0_x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu_bin.txt` and that there are no
instructions how to install it (download both sh and tar.gz?). I also don't
understand what will actually happen. The download page [2] or a README in
the snapshot page should probably tell.
