[GRASS-web] Algorithm

Hei! I was wondering if there is any documentation on how GRASS/GDAL calculates slope in QGIS? I'm looking for algorithms, but I can't find it. Looking for something similar to what ArcMap has: http://desktop.arcgis.com/en/arcmap/10.3/tools/spatial-analyst-toolbox/how-slope-works.htm. I'm looking for more documentation than what I can find on https://grass.osgeo.org/grass70/manuals/r.slope.aspect.html and documentation on algorithms.
