tested here in Win 10 with 

https://grass.osgeo.org/grass72/binary/mswindows/native/x86_64/WinGRASS-7.2.0-1-Setup-x86_64.exe

then I go to: 

Win 10 options -> Apps & Features -> GRASS GIS 7.2.0 -> Deinstall
