[GRASS-web] About build and compile for windows binaries on Linux

Hey HI ,
  I am a freelancer working on small customizations can you please tell me
how should i build windows binary in Linux any documentation will help me
out a lot or some steps

So please let me know how should i do it as that helps me as building for
native windows is very difficult with cygwin
