[GRASS-web] New redirects in place to catch old CMSMS links

Hi,

just FYI, I added about 60 redirects (handcrafted from
https://old.grass.osgeo.org/sitemap.xml) to the Apache config in order
to nicely redirect visitors to the respective sites new pages.

Like this the loss should be close to zero, even with outdated links
used everywhere (wiki, 3rd party sites) etc.

If you come across a missing redirect, let me know.
