[winGRASS] Technical problem

Hi Yves,

please look first at the installation instruction at
http://www.geog.uni-hannover.de/grass/grass5/binary/windows_cygnus/cygwin_grass50bininstall.html

You can download a batch file to start grass here:
http://www.geog.uni-hannover.de/grass/grass5/binary/windows_cygnus/startgrass.bat

_But_ the binary you can download currently does __not__ work with
recent cygwin version. This is a bug in cygwin, we have a fix and will
update ASAP. Please be patient.
