[winGRASS] installation problems!

Malcolm!

I do have this version (8.0.5) of tcltk installed.
As a matter of fact I reinstalled it but the GRASS
still rejecting my ideas.

As I mentioned previously, I'm completely dumb
in this field, so please be tender to me :o))))
