[winGRASS] sunrpc help

First, you need to obtain the file:

http://grass.itc.it/grass5/binary/windows_cygnus/sunrpc/sunrpc-4.0.cygwin1.bin.tar.gz

Then, you need to install it in the Cygwin directory tree, e.g.

	tar xzCf / sunrpc-4.0.cygwin1.bin.tar.gz
