[winGRASS] configure-script

Hello,
 
after I read the good news that GRASS 5.0.0 is now available, I downloaded the source code of it to use it for Linux and Windows. 

The problem is now that my CYGWIN doesn't know the "configure" script. Can someone tell me in which of the Cygwin download files I can find that script to reinstall it.
