[winGRASS] tcltk error

WinGrass users,

I AM using the official tcltk from Cygwin and it works slick.

The Cygwin version is 8.4.

It says "you need to ensure that the "official" Cygwin Tcl/Tk package *is
not* installed." You can use the cygwin setup tool to uninstall it. And then
you do need to install the precompiled X tcl/tk 8.x libraries and
executables from:
http://grass.itc.it/grass5/binary/windows_cygnus/wingrass_xserver/.
