[winGRASS] problems with GRASS

Hi all:
         
       I am  a GIS developer , my previous experience was with ESRI & Intergraph products ........ and after I heared about GRASS  I became intersted to use it ....
so I downloaded GRASS 5.7 for MS-WINDOWS  following the instructions BUT
 
 afetr the installation when I open the cygwin terminal  and writing : grass57 then press enter.. an error message appear 
it's title is "wish8.3.exe - unable to locate component " and its content is " This application has failed to start because libX11.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem "  
 
and I re-insalled it but the problem is still exist.
 
and if i continued with the terminal another warning message appear..it's content is " It appears that the X windows system is not active . A graphical based user interface is not supported. Switching to text based interface mode "
 
 
 please help me if you can
