The official distribution point is:
   http://grass.ibiblio.org/grass51/binary/mswindows_cygwin/
But I don't see them there.

I have a 5.7 binary distribution at:
   http://www.greenwoodmap.com/grass/grass5.7/
But I can not make any promises about how well it will work. I have only 
minimally tested it.
