this is not a mail where problems about WINGRASS are discussed.

I want to say thank you to Mr. Huidae Cho for doing a good job...
After 2 months of testing and crying .... WINGRASS is now working.

the answer of your question.
I used an old Cygwinn1.dll (it was a Cygwin problem). I've downloaded
the new Release Cygwin 1.5.12 and it works.
