AW: [winGRASS] GRASS 6.0.0 release - libgrass*.6.1.cvs.dll not found

Hi Cho, and wingrass-list

I have a bug in 6.0.0 wich I can not reproduce. Well, if I install
grass-6.0.0 (doesn't make a difference if I compile it by myself or if I use
the Cygwin-Ibstaller and include your Cygwin-Mirror - I also tried it on a
fresh mashine)

When I start GRASS-6.0.0 after the Installation it gives the errormessage
(see attached file): "The Application couldn't be started, becaous
libgrass_gis.6.1.cvs.dll is not found" Of course it isn't installed in the
6.0.0-Version because the libraries are named libgrass*.6.0.0.dll.
this problem started with Version 6.0.0beta2 (I always had to set the
../include/VERSION file to 6.0.cvs. I thought it's because 6.0.cvs was the
Version before 6.0.0beta2, but the problem still goes on I couldn't realize
how to fix it.

P.S. I tried to make the new CygwinGRASS-CD including 6.0.0 and 6.1.cvs -
well 6.1.cvs works without problems but the described problems occur with
Version 6.0.0
