http://geni.ath.cx/grass/ to install GRASS on Cygwin. Your problem might be,
that you didn't use the tcltk-grasss instead of the tcltk that is delivered
with cygwin.

Hi maybe someoane can help me

Im trying to install grass for windows in an xp machine with
