[winGRASS] Problems starting w/ grass60.bat ('run' is not recognized)

I have a similar problem to the one posted below but there was no
final resolution to it.

Again I'm running wingrass v6.0 on Win x64. When I run grass60.bat it
flashes and dissapears. I added a pause to the end so I could see and
it gave me the following.

startxwin.bat - Starting on Windows NT/2000/XP/2003
'run' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
'run' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

Anyone know how to fix this?
