[winGRASS] (no subject)

Greetings

Can somebody point me to the latest version of GRASS for Xindows XP. I have already installed Cygwin and it works.  Also I'm interested in in interfacing with R. Is the latest version linked to R or should an earlier version of GRASS be installed?
