[winGRASS] problem running grass for the first time

Good Day listers,
 
I installed GRASS 6.0 on 2 machines and I got the same error when trying to run it; when I point to the Spearfish60 data, I get the following screen:

This is the location of the data
 
C:\WorkSpace\database\spearfish60\PERMANENT
 
I am running Windows XP SP2
 
Any clues?
