[winGRASS] problem installing GRASS on XP

Hi all

 

My Cycgwin setup.exe can't get the GRASS setup.ini from geni.ath.cx . I
have tried the suggestion on the wiki but no luck. I just get the
message 'Unable to get setup.ini from
<http://geni.ath.cx/grass/setup.ini'

 

I can fetch it in my browser however. 

 

The rest of the non-GRASS setup works fine. Please assist as I'd really
like to get GRASS going on my XP machine!

 

I'm using Cygwin setup 2.510.2.2.
