[winGRASS] grass.bat not found

thanks Huidae, now it works - I made the mistake to unzip the files and after
deleting /inst_grass and executing the bat file again, GRASS was sucessfully
installed - however now other problems occur but my colleague will 
address this
mailing list directly.
