[winGRASS] grass starts but no gis manager started after updating the system

i've updated my wingrass-system (now grass6.2.1 und cygwin1.5.24.2).

cygwin runs, x-win runs but after typing grass62 , i get the grass prompt but no gis manager opened. even if i write gis.m &. nothing happens.
??? what can i do ???
